Performs as a staff specialist and advisor for one or more emergency management mission areas and the associated mission area core capabilities; when activated, fills one or more incident command positions; develops and maintains appropriate plans and procedures; and performs other related duties as required. There is one (1) immediate permanent full-time vacancy with the Civil Defense Agency in Hilo.
