Contract Technical Assistant (Building Services Site) (CTA-BSS)

Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in either Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic / Polytechnic University or an institute of vocational education or equivalent;
- Experience in inspection of building services works is preferred;****
- Possession of good knowledge in personal computer applications is preferred.****
Duties
The CTA(BSS) will be seconded to the Hong Kong Housing Authority to carry out site supervision, site inspection, resolve technical and contractual problems, liaise with other parties, supervise and monitor site progress, site checking, site measurement and records keeping.
Place of Duty
Station in any HA's construction site.
