Under general supervision, the HVAC Technician 2nd Class performs semi-skilled HVAC work on a variety of equipment, including chillers, condensers, air conditioners, boilers, and ice machines. This role assists with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems and performs routine cleaning, adjustments, inspections, and basic troubleshooting of system components. Work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards.
