Operations Support Officer

The main goal of this position is to provide operational support by processing
requests, maintaining records, updating systems, and delivering high-quality
service to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process requests according to business requirements.
2. Create and update records in underwriting, workflow, and financial
systems.
3. Prepare and send policy documents and wordings as requested.
4. Handle midterm transactions, including endorsements, cancellations,
reversals, and rebookings.
5. Respond to business queries and provide required information to progress
requests.
6. File completed transactions in the appropriate system.
7. Support additional tasks such as certificate issuance, claims experience,
letter of authority processing, and broker transfers.
8. Assist with urgent requests and complete work within required timelines.
9. Attend training and complete required certifications.
10. Support multiple countries as needed.
11. Contribute at least one continuous improvement idea annually.
- Open for fresh graduates
- Okay with temporary employment
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience is preferred but not required.
- Good computer skills, especially MS Word and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service mindset and professionalism.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Languages:
English, and an Asian language is preferable
