Fire Protection Project Manager

As the Fire Protection Project Manager , you will be responsible for, estimating, scheduling, and managing fire protection projects. Performs all other duties as assigned.
How you’ll contribute to the team:
- Estimate, schedule, and manage fire protection projects from kickoff through closeout.
- Identify project requirements and develop accurate estimates in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate pricing, material procurement, permits, and project setup.
- Manage project budgets, contracts, staffing, logistics, and overall operations.
- Track project costs, billing projections, change orders, RFIs, and documentation.
- Maintain project schedules and provide workforce planning timelines.
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and team members.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Associates Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in estimating, project cost development, or project management.
- Knowledge of NFPA Standards, International Fire Code, International Building Code, and UL & FM directories preferred.
- NICET Level III certification in Fire Sprinkler Systems preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret all plans, specifications, schematics, and other project documents.
- Valid driver license and good driving record.
