Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax COE (Center of Excellence) Analyst specializing in Transfer Pricing. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, a basic understanding of transfer pricing concepts, and a passion for continuous improvement in financial and operational processes. This role will support various aspects of transfer pricing, including global profitability monitoring and adjustments, research and development and other Ad-Hoc related tasks/reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Support various aspects of Transfer Pricing processes
-
Monitor and analyze global profitability
-
Assist in calculating and implementing transfer pricing adjustments
-
Develop and maintain efficient financial models and reports related to transfer pricing
-
Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and data quality
-
Implement automation solutions to reduce manual work and minimize errors
-
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
-
Minimum of five years of professional experience in tax and/or transfer pricing.
-
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
-
Experience working in an organization that provides services across multiple markets or geographies.
-
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with a proactive work ethic.
-
Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.
