Receptionist/Switchboard Operator

The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Division of State- Operated Specialty Care, Bureau of Independence Mental Health Institute (IMHI) is seeking a Receptionist/Switchboard Operator to join our team! This is a full-time position with opportunity for advancement, growth, and development. The successful candidate will serve as the facility’s Receptionist and Switchboard Operator, responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and providing general reception support at the facility.
