Job Title: MSP Systems Engineer
Location: Midtown Manhattan NYC
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9a-6p Hybrid 1 day WFH

Acture Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and client facing Systems Engineer to join our Onsite Services team. This role supports multiple clients in the financial services and non-profit sector, delivering white glove project-based support in a fast-paced MSP environment. What You 'll Do
• Administer and support Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Support Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Perform server, workstation, and application deployments.
• Manage operating system and application patching.
• Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues.
• Troubleshoot escalated infrastructure and application issues.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts.
• Provide exceptional client-facing support across multiple customer environments.

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 4-7 years of experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure environments.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
• Experience working in an MSP environment supporting multiple clients preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and documentation skills.
• Relevant Microsoft, Azure, or CompTIA certifications are a plus.

What We Offer
• Salary range: $80,000-130,000 (based on experience)
