Veterinary Client Service Representative - No Weekends

Are you passionate about helping pets and the people who love them? We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing veterinary team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, compassionate, and organized experience while supporting our veterinarians and technicians in delivering exceptional patient care.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion.
- Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and obtain accurate patient medical histories.
- Verify patient vaccination records, immunization status, and required testing.
- Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with veterinarians and veterinary technicians.
- Process invoices, collect payments, and explain charges when needed.
- Fill prescription medications, prescription diets, and over-the-counter products as directed by the veterinarian.
- Maintain accurate patient records and enter information into veterinary practice management software.
- Support daily front desk operations while ensuring exceptional client service.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned. Duties may change as clinic needs evolve.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous veterinary clinic, animal hospital, or veterinary customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
