Report Developer

JOB SUMMARY
As a Report Developer is responsible for writing complex scripts to extract
data for the purposes of building client reports together with Microsoft CRM
development skills to customize the current database to support future
reporting requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design forms, workflow processes, web services and other components needed
to meet the business requirements of the departmental customers utilizing
Microsoft CRM
• Assist and support other programmers in development, techniques and coding
assignments
• Develop efficient data solutions through MS application stack including MS
SQL Management Studio, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, Data repository, Data Lake
reporting solutions
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain
databases/data systems
• Develop reports to support internal and external commitments • Follow
standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
• Utilize DevOps tracking methodology and Source control systems • Generating
and distributing reports internally and externally
• Recommend and implement innovations and efficiencies in technology for
reporting solutions and development platforms
• Develop, implement data collection and data analytics best practices that
optimize efficiency and quality
• Maintain data integrity by creating quality checks and reports to support
different processes
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Formulating and communicating meaningful and actionable process plans
• Working in partnership with IT and Business Lines to support multiple
projects
• Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education
activities
• Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedure
• Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in
keeping with the company’s Quality Management System
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all
duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any health and safety
risks or concerns. Responsible for completing Accident Reports for all direct
reports who injure themselves on the job, within 24 hours of the incident.

same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel
