Abou Role:
- Prepare and implement HSE Risk Management strategies to ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Develop and execute Process Safety Management protocols to mitigate risks and enhance safety.
- Monitor Contractor HSE Performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct Fatigue Risk Management assessments and implement necessary measures.
- Participate in Crisis Management and Emergency Response Planning activities.
- Oversee Permit to Work processes to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct Job Safety Analysis to identify potential hazards and recommend solutions.
- Perform Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis to proactively address safety concerns.
- Implement Safe Work Practices (WMS) to maintain a secure working environment.
- Advise on technical safety matters and provide expertise in operating integrity.
- Analyse safety data and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve safety and operational objectives.
**Qualification & Experience: **
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Metallurgical, or other relevant disciplines.
- 8 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with a focus on HSE and operating integrity.
