Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering proactive HR services to the company, he or she will be act as change agent and provide support to line managers by performing full range of HR disciplines.

Talent Management

• Manage all the activities during the recruitment cycle, create and cultivate a positive experience

• Maintain and operate recruiting processes through Taleo system, work with internal team to ensure data import smoothly in the HRIS platform

• Prepare HR analytics and perform benchmarking activities to support business decisions

• Identify and retain talents

Learning and Development

• Work with line managers to identify training needs

• Retain talents by launching different development programs

Total Rewards

• Assist in handling manpower cost planning and budgeting

• Provide ideas on incentive planning and assist in annual review

• Work with HR of the company's UK and Malaysia Office, discuss matters for expatriates management

Performance Management

• Assist in designing tools, refine and simplify the assessment process

• Encourage continuous and mutual communications in the feedback process

Carry out HR ad hoc projects as requested.
