Under general supervision, performs advanced level tasks involving interpretation and application of policies and practices. Interprets office procedures, rules and regulations. May function as a lead worker for clerical positions. Provides clerical support to the Associate Superintendent 2 of Programs and other upper management staff. In charge of scheduling and coordinating meetings, inmate classes, and calendar for visitations. This employee will also manage office supplies and equipment for the assigned unit and inmate units.
