What You Will Be Doing:
You’ll help ensure clients are supported, successful, and consistently finding value in Legora. Specifically, you will:

Support our Engagement Managers in building strong relationships and driving adoption and engagement with our clients.

Support senior Engagement Managers on enterprise clients through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

Help diagnose client challenges, uncover root causes, and contribute to structured solutions and engagement playbooks.

Support Engagement Managers in running regular check-ins, product enablement sessions, and success reviews with our clients

Monitor usage trends and customer health signals, proactively flagging risks and opportunities.
Who You Are:

You care about delivering quality and building strong client relationships.
-
You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable working with professional, demanding stakeholders.
-
You have 1–2 years of experience from a legal environment, a client advisory or consulting role, or a customer-facing SaaS or technology role.

Demonstrated examples of going above and beyond to deliver high-quality work or service outcomes.

You communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal.
-
High attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities reliably.

Someone who enjoys being in the office 5 days a week. Collaborative work is core to how we operate.
