Location: West Chester, PA

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour + Overtime

**What You'll Do **

  • Deburr, polish, and finish precision-machined medical device components
  • Assemble small multi-component medical devices and instruments
  • Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications
  • Perform basic assembly testing and inspections
  • Handle small, delicate parts with care and precision
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work closely with teammates to meet production and quality goals

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or hands-on work experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work with small parts and components
  • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

**Preferred Qualifications (Bonus) **

  • Mechanical assembly
  • Medical device manufacturing
  • Precision manufacturing
  • Deburring, polishing, or finishing parts
  • Clean room experience
  • Working under magnification or microscopes
