Veterinarian Responsibilities & Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- Strong foundation in preventive care and wellness medicine
- Experience or interest in general surgery and general dentistry
- Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced small animal practice
- Excellent communication and client education skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality animal care
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Current (or eligible) U.S. veterinary licensure preferred

Qualifications:
- Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Active Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain).
- 5+ years of veterinary practice experience preferred.
- Proven leadership and management skills with emotional intelligence and professionalism.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and clinical excellence.
- Ability to delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and inspire your team.
