Casting AP/ Producer
at SpringHill Entertainment
Fulwell Entertainment is a global entertainment company built from the merger of The SpringHill Company and Fulwell 73. We develop and produce premium content across television, film, digital, audio, and branded entertainment with one mission: to make things people love. Our work spans culture-defining series, groundbreaking documentaries, live events, and platform-shaping formats—all rooted in the belief that great storytelling earns attention, drives impact, and lives everywhere audiences do.
Recent projects include the Mind the Game with LeBron James and Steve Nash,
The Kardashians(Hulu), Emmy-winning The Shop, Starting 5(Netflix), Delta’s
100th Anniversary at The Sphere, The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl
(Disney), Plastic Surgery Rewind(E! and Peacock), Top Boy (Netflix),
Hustle(Netflix), and the LA 2028 Olympics handover ceremony featuring Tom
Cruise. Fulwell is the right place if you’re ready to work hard on ambitious,
creatively driven projects and want to grow in an environment that’s adapting
with the industry—not chasing it. This is a company for people who like to be
in it—hands on, sleeves rolled, and all the way engaged.
We are seeking an experienced freelance Casting AP/Producer to join a fast-
paced branded content film featuring major US talent, starting ASAP for 3–4
weeks, full-time and based in our London (Islington) office.
Key Responsibilities
-
Research and source business owners/founders on a global scale. Thinking beyond the
obvious to find not just great businesses, but the great stories behind them. -
Conduct outreach and pre-interviews/casting calls to assess story, character, and camera
presence, establishing not just "is this a good business" but "will this person deliver on
camera". -
Fact-check and carry out basic due diligence on business claims (turnover, backstory,
credibility) to protect against a casting choice unravelling later. -
Write up casting notes/bios for each contributor, and manage the shortlist and sign-off
process with production and client.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
-
Proven casting experience, ideally on business-based formats (Dragons' Den, The
Apprentice, Shark Tank, or similar) - not essential, but a strong plus. -
A genuine interest in and knowledge of business and entrepreneurship.
- Comfortable working at speed on a tight turnaround.
- Experience recording and cutting casting reels is an advantage.
