Customer Service Representative

We are a long-standing veterinary hospital with deep roots in the San Diego community, and we’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and positive Client Service Representative to join our amazing team!

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Greet clients and pets with a smile
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Help provide an excellent client experience
• Support our veterinary team in a fast-paced environment
• Be part of a fun, compassionate workplace that treats everyone like family

✨ What We’re Looking For:
• Great customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Strong communication and phone etiquette
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Veterinary or customer service experience is a plus — but we are willing to train the right person!

💲 Pay: $19 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience
🕒 Full-Time Position (includes Saturdays)
