🕓 Schedule

• Full-time options: .8 FTE (32 hours) or 1.0 FTE (40 hours)

• Monday-Friday, day shift

• 4 bonused on-call Saturdays/year

Qualifications

Requirements:
✅ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
✅ Current Physical Therapist license in Minnesota (in good standing)
✅ Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers
✅ Valid driver's license--you'll bring high-quality care directly to patients' homes
