Job Description

** Responsibilit y:**

• Develop HCP engagement strategy and engagement plan

• Lead team on regional executiion plan for HCP engagement.

• Work closely with sales team for high quliaty customer engagement

• Team management and people development

• Budget management and resource deployment

** Qualification/Requirements**

• 6+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, experience of leading new product/indication launch preferred.

• 3+ years’ experience of independent product or portfolio management

• Advanced level of customer insights and strategic business management

• Growth mind for change and innovation

• Learning agility and adaptability

• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to collaboration with CFT to drive initiative forward.

• Fluent English in speaking and writing
