From day one, you support on production scheduling plans, requirements, goods inbound/outbound and shipment operations to achieve short and medium term sales goals. A role challenged to recognize opportunities for continuous improvement that increase productivity aiming the business growth. Opportunity also to practice aspects of operations and supply chain in a finished product flow environment.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Weekly Analysis and Control of stocks and transit situation.
• Support on the implementation of a new analytics tool.
• Collaborate with Cross Functional team to guarantee Original Equipment and Racing service level.
• Reports and new KPIs.
• Drive improvements generating process and procedure documents for new activities.
• Work closely with Production Schedulers to support on area’s shared goals and troubleshooting.
• Stock allocation and transit tracking to support sales forecasts.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
• Passion for the two wheels will be considered a plus.
