Lead with purpose while changing lives! As a Lead Rehabilitation Technician, you'll empower individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) to regain independence while providing leadership and support to a team of Rehabilitation Technicians. You'll balance hands-on client care with coaching, training, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services. Every day, you'll help clients reach meaningful milestones while fostering a collaborative team environment that promotes safety, growth, and exceptional care.

What You 'll Do
- Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II and III staff
- Participate in the on-call rotation

Attend to administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers

Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications

Support community outings, transportation, and activities

Build positive relationships and encourage independence
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment

What You Bring
Required:
- Two-year degree from an accredited college or university. Equivalent leadership experience will be accepted with a High School Diploma or G.E.D in lieu of a 2-year degree.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
