Our National Graduate Program offers tailored paths for graduates across majors such as Engineering, Business, Finance, Logistics, IT, and Environmental Sciences. Voyage of Discovery program is designed for ambitious and innovative Emirati graduates, who are keen to develop a deeper understanding of the Global maritime industry. The aim of the program is to give graduates the chance to develop the required knowledge and demonstrate competency in their field to be considered for future job roles and fulfil a sustainable career within AD Ports Group.

This combined program follows the 70/20/10 approach, where 70% of their knowledge from job-related experiences (On the Job Training), 20% from interactions through rotations within other clusters and 10% from formal educational classes & sessions.

Each component of the Voyage of Discovery program has its own set of learning:

• Instilling core competencies, acceptable conduct and expected behaviors.
• Creating opportunities to experience teamwork and fostering learning within a business environment.
• Strengthening emotional intelligence to develop and sustain strong professional relationships.
• Nurturing an independent approach to personal and professional development.

This program is open to individuals who meet the below criteria:

1. UAE National with family book.
2. Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA of 3.
3. Maximum age limit of 26 for prospective candidates.

National Service completion is mandatory for male candidates
