About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Development Representative (MDR) to join our growth marketing team.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, focusing on turning marketing engagement into qualified sales opportunities.

You will work closely with the marketing team to identify and engage prospects who interact with Legora through campaigns, events, content, and product experiences.

Your mission is simple:

Turn marketing signals into sales opportunities.

Unlike traditional SDR roles that focus primarily on cold outbound prospecting, this role focuses on engaging warm prospects who already know Legora.

What you’ll do

  • Follow up with marketing-generated leads from campaigns, webinars, events, and website conversions

  • Engage prospects who show high-intent signals such as content engagement, event participation, or product interest

  • Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities for the sales team

  • Book meetings for Account Executives with relevant and interested prospects

  • Work closely with the Marketing Automation Specialist to activate and prioritize engaged leads

  • Collaborate with the growth marketing team to identify signals that indicate buying intent

  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance

  • Maintain accurate lead information and activity tracking in the CRM

  • Help ensure marketing-generated demand is engaged quickly and effectively

What success looks like

  • Marketing leads are followed up within 24 hours

  • High-intent prospects are converted into qualified meetings

  • Marketing campaigns generate consistent pipeline

  • Strong collaboration between marketing and sales

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, marketing, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Energetic, curious, and proactive

  • Comfortable speaking with senior professionals

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and conversations

  • Interested in working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and growth

  • Excited about working in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus if you have

  • Experience working with HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Experience engaging leads from events, webinars, or campaigns

  • Background in SaaS, legal tech, or AI products
