What you'll do

You will own the full SMB sales motion at Legora — from first touch to closed deal. This is a high-velocity, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in the full cycle, moves fast, and takes personal accountability for their number.

  • Own inbound pipeline from first contact to close — qualify fast, run sharp demos, and convert with conviction.

  • Drive your own outbound motion across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events. You build the list, write the sequence, make the calls, and book the meetings.

  • Run the full SMB sales cycle. Lead tight discovery calls, assess fit against our ICP quickly and accurately, and keep deals moving.

  • Keep momentum alive with smart, value-driven follow-up — you know when to push, when to add value, and when to walk away.

  • Align with Sales and Marketing on campaign priorities and collaborate with GTM stakeholders to ensure pipeline converts to revenue.

  • Own your pipeline hygiene. Log activity in Salesforce with discipline, keep forecasting clean, and make your number visible and credible.

  • Bring the frontline back inside. Feed market signals, objection patterns, and competitive intelligence back into messaging, positioning, and targeting.

  • Activate events and campaigns commercially — engage leads before and after, and make sure every touchpoint drives toward a real outcome.

What you bring

You're a motivated, commercially sharp operator who takes feedback fast, recovers faster, and doesn't need a warm lead to get going. You're organised, curious, and hungry to grow — and you know that your success here is entirely in your hands.

We're looking for

  • 3–4 years in a customer-facing sales role, ideally in SaaS, tech, or financial services. SDR or BDR background is a strong foundation.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Strong communication skills — persuasive, concise, and human. You write well and speak with confidence.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple outreach streams and opportunities simultaneously without dropping the ball.

  • Genuine curiosity and sharp prioritisation instincts — you focus on what moves the needle, and you learn fast.

  • Resilience and drive. You take feedback on the chin, adjust quickly, and don't let rejection slow your momentum.

  • A team-first mindset — you hand off cleanly, sync proactively, and help the people around you win too.
