Injury Management Advisor - Rail, Energy & Major Infrastructure Projects

We’re looking for an Injury Management Advisor to join our national team, supporting people to recover and return to meaningful work. Based in Melbourne or North Sydney, you’ll be a trusted partner to employees, leaders, safety teams and health professionals, helping deliver positive outcomes across both physical and psychological injuries.

About the role

You’ll take ownership of a varied caseload and support our people through the full injury management lifecycle. This includes workers’ compensation, income protection and fitness-for-work assessments across both physical and psychological injuries. You’ll deliver supportive, compliant and practical outcomes, with autonomy and the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and guiding return-to-work plans with site teams.

• Managing workers’ compensation and income protection cases end-to-end.

• Liaising with medical and allied health providers to support recovery.

• Supporting fitness-for-work assessments and pre-employment medicals.

• Providing guidance and technical support to site-based teams.

• Experience employer-side in a similar injury management role with an allied health background.

• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritise effectively.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and adapt.
