Position Overview: Responsible for the repair and maintenance of building equipment and machinery as required to maintain functioning building/s or facilities. May supervise contractors or directly fabricate and install HVAC Components as needed per each work task and project. Will ensure appropriate licensure is documented on all work performed either directly under the supervision of a Master HVAC Technician or through an appropriately licensed Contractor.
