Under the general supervision of the Associate Director, provides for the safety, health, positive behavior, accountability, supervision, and training for approximately 5-15 students of a particular floor/wing in an assigned dorm in the residential program. Performs a variety of duties to assist the students in developing the ability to function independently in a responsible manner. 1.
