Chubb Life: Supervisor - Partnership Operations Development

  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for system changes and new releases.

  • Review business requirements, technical specifications, and test scenarios to ensure test coverage.

  • Prepare test cases, test scripts, and test data based on system requirements.

  • Execute test activities, record test results, and identify defects or system issues.

  • Log, track, and follow up on defects with developers and relevant stakeholders until resolution.

  • Support test planning, test coordination, and testing timelines to ensure timely delivery.

  • Work closely with business users, developers, and project teams to clarify requirements and validate fixes.

  • Verify that system enhancements and fixes meet business needs and quality standards.

  • Prepare test reports, status updates, and testing evidence for management review.

Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and documentation.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in software testing, system testing, or quality assurance.

  • Experience in testing web-based, mobile, or enterprise systems is preferred.

  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management tools is an advantage.

Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and test lifecycle.

  • Ability to create and execute test cases and test scripts.

  • Understanding of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

  • Ability to identify, document, and track defects clearly and accurately.

  • Basic understanding of system workflows, databases, and interfaces.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and testing documentation.
