The Quality Specialist will be involved in the processes of carrying out daily monitoring in the programmes and departments of the production processes, working with business partners, resolving non-conformities, and carrying out internal audits.
What will your main scope be?
• Implementation of daily control in all programs and departments in the
production process for quality assurance
• Resolving complaints (preparation of reports and preparation of complaint
records)
• Communication and cooperation with business partners and suppliers
• Keeping records (measuring equipment) and preparing quality reports for
action and system improvements
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF
16949
• Resolving non-compliance and control of complaint measures in processes,
at suppliers and customers
• Team-based problem solving of quality issues at the entrance and during
the process
• Preparation of internal documents (instructions for work, control
methods, procedures, regulations, catalogues, forms)
• Conducting supplier and internal audits
• Participation in external audits and inspections for the production
organization
• Implementation and proposal of new measures (for operation and
improvement) of the production process under the conditions of quality
assurance described in the quality manuals, operations
• Reporting on work performed, preparation of reports for internal and
external stakeholders
• If necessary, replacing colleagues in similarly demanding jobs
What do we expect from the candidate?
• At least V. level of technical education
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in
the field of quality in an international manufacturing company or the
automotive industry
• Communication skills, ability to work in a team and a group
• Experience working with people and groups in a multicultural and dynamic
environment
• Providing ideas for achieving the results of the company
• Understanding and adapting the way of work in accordance with local and
international legislation, regulations, directives, and guidelines
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of quality
standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100) and quality tools (TQM, FMEA, SPC,
8D, APQP), measurement procedures, criteria
• Preference will be given to candidates who have passed the examination /
training for internal system auditors according to ISO 9001 or IATF 16949
• Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of ERP systems
(SAP, Infor LN)
• Accuracy, independence, reliability, perseverance, proactivity,
organization and independence, responsibility at work
• A stable and mature personality who knows how to adequately manage
unexpected situations
• Promptness for business trips (abroad)
• Driver's license category B
• Active knowledge of English
• Computer skills in the MS Office environment
