at Churchill Consulting Engineers
The Opportunity
The New York and New Jersey transportation market is entering one of the most
significant periods of investment and transformation in decades. Historic
infrastructure funding, evolving project delivery models, and increasingly
complex client challenges are creating unprecedented opportunities for
organizations positioned to lead.
Artheon is uniquely positioned to capitalize on this moment. Through the integration of multiple highly respected transportation organizations, the NY/NJ Platform has assembled exceptional technical talent, trusted client relationships, and a strong foundation for growth. Backed by Trilon's entrepreneurial model, strategic resources, people first approach and commitment to investing in its businesses, Artheon is poised to become one of the premier transportation consulting organizations in the Northeast.
The Transportation Business Leader will shape that future. With an opportunity to build from the ground up. Reporting to the President of Artheon, this executive will lead the strategy, performance, and continued evolution of the transportation business, unifying three organizations into one high-performing enterprise while expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, developing exceptional leaders, and driving both organic growth and strategic acquisitions and operational excellence.
For an accomplished business builder, this role offers a rare combination of autonomy, enterprise leadership, and long-term value creation—an opportunity to build a market-leading business, capitalize on unprecedented infrastructure investment, and leave a lasting legacy for clients, employees, and the communities Artheon serves.
