The
Sales Assistant provides administrative and sales support to
the Account Executives and Sales Management team. This role is critical to
ensuring the smooth execution of client campaigns, timely delivery of
commercial schedules, and accurate reporting. The Sales Assistant serves as a
liaison between clients, account executives, traffic, and other internal
departments.
Responsibilities:
• Support
Account Executives by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and recap
reports.
• Enter and maintain orders in the traffic
and billing system with a high level of
accuracy.
• Monitor commercial schedules to ensure
proper placement and delivery; process make-goods when
necessary.
• Provide regular reports on account
activity, revenue tracking, and pending
business.
• Assist with client communications,
including scheduling meetings and following up on
deliverables.
• Coordinate with traffic, promotions,
and programming departments to ensure seamless execution of
campaigns.
• Maintain organized records of
contracts, invoices, and client
correspondence.
• Perform general administrative
duties for the sales department, including handling phone calls, emails, and
scheduling.
Requirements:
• Previous
office, sales support, or administrative experience required (media or
advertising preferred).
• Strong organizational
skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and
deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook).
• Experience with WideOrbit or similar
traffic/billing software a plus.
• Positive
attitude, team-oriented, and detail-driven.
