Job Responsibilities:

*Network Infrastructure Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Wireless Access Points (APs)*.

*User Support (Helpdesk):* Provide first-level technical support to staff regarding hardware, software (Windows/macOS), and common office applications (O365, VPN, etc.).

*Hardware Deployment:* Assist with the setup and imaging of new workstations, laptops, printers, and meeting room AV equipment.

*Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform regular checks on server room environments and maintain neat cable management* in office areas.

*Documentation:* Assist in maintaining an up-to-date IT asset inventory and updating network topology diagrams or internal "How-to" guides.
