Good Karma Brands is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team based in GKB's corporate office in Milwaukee, WI. This teammate will play an important role in creating compelling, on-brand creative that helps advertising partners achieve their marketing goals while supporting GKB brands, events, and digital platforms.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented designer who enjoys bringing ideas to life, balancing creativity with execution, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Graphic Designer will work closely with Marketing Consultants, local marketing teams, digital teammates, and advertising partners to develop and deliver high-quality creative assets across a variety of platforms and formats.

As part of GKB's ongoing commitment to innovation, this teammate will integrate AI tools into their daily workflow to improve efficiency, enhance creative development, and help scale the delivery of high-quality design solutions.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, on-brand creative for advertising partners, GKB brands, social media, events, presentations, digital campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Design and resize digital advertising assets, including rich media (HTML5) creative, for GKB digital platforms and partner campaigns
  • Manage creative projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring assets are accurate, polished, and aligned with campaign objectives
  • Develop creative solutions that align partner objectives with audience engagement and campaign goals
  • Collaborate with Marketing Consultants, local marketing teams, digital teammates, and advertising partners to understand creative needs, timelines, specifications, and goals
  • Utilize AI tools as part of the creative process to support ideation, design exploration, editing, versioning, workflow efficiency, and scalable production
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative processes and increase efficiency through emerging technologies and AI-enabled workflows
  • Create and update a variety of visual assets, including social media graphics, digital ads, logos, presentations, event materials, signage, and other marketing collateral
  • Support video editing and motion graphics needs for digital advertising campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Ensure creative assets align with GKB, station, league, team, and partner brand standards
  • Review and proof creative for quality, accuracy, spelling, sizing, and technical specifications prior to delivery
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong communication with teammates and stakeholders
  • Contribute creative ideas and recommendations that help improve campaign performance, partner results, and audience engagement

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Professional graphic design experience in media, marketing, agency, or related environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Adobe Animate
  • Ability to create digital advertising assets, including HTML5 creative and responsive design formats
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance creative development, workflow efficiency, and content production while maintaining quality and brand standards
  • Experience with PowerPoint and presentation design
  • Video editing and motion graphics experience preferred
  • Google Web Designer experience preferred
  • Photography and videography experience is a plus
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, branding, and user engagement
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Personal accountability, initiative, and a willingness to accept and provide feedback
  • Valid driver's license required

**Hours/Salary/Benefits **

This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
