The NOC & Application Monitoring is responsible for:
- Monitoring all production systems, all applications, and all infrastructure on a 24/7 basis using observability tooling, including the management of Network Operations Centres (NOC) to ensure real-time visibility of system availability and performance.
- Detecting, triaging, and escalating incidents, and executing first-line runbooks within defined operational playbooks.
- Producing daily and weekly operational health reports, including tracking and escalation of service level objective (SLO) breaches and recurring incident patterns.
- Establishing and operating observability and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices across applications and infrastructure, enabling proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of system reliability and performance.
