About the role:
We are looking for 2 Development Managers to join our Melbourne Development team, working on both current and planned projects in the apartments space. Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will play a key role in executing on the business plan. Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead the execution of development projects in line with the agreed business plan

Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle from brief preparation through to delivery

Ensure developments achieve strong commercial outcomes while balancing quality and delivery objectives

Effectively manage and balance a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
-
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across development, design, delivery, and sales

Identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the development lifecycle
-
Maintain a high level of stakeholder engagement and communication to support approvals, delivery, and project success
About You:
You will have a proven ability to lead complex projects with excellent planning & problem-solving skills. You will also have:

7+ years’ experience in development – ideally with experience in large scale apartment projects or mixed-use precincts.

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
-
Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, or related field.
