This position is working for Prudentia, part of the Primevigilance and Ergomed Group.

• Support Project Managers in managing finance of multiple projects.
• Coordination with vendors, Project team and finance team for timely receipt
and posting of transactions.
• Budgeting and tracking the budget spend monthly, annually or complete life
of the project.
• Find gaps if any between budget and actuals each month, ensure the gap is
minimal.
• Attend Teams meetings with client, project manager and portfolio managers
who are USA based.
• Attend late evening meetings/calls to accommodate time zone gap between
India and USA.
• Work in US hours
• Keep track of PO spent and resource time cost.
• Resource allocation tracking.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts
• Good written & oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good decision-making skills and customer focus
• Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Education
• B.Com. passed.
• Preference to Final dropouts of CA/CS/CMA
• Preference to MBA
