HR & Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist with mandatory hands-on experience using GreytHR. This position requires a candidate who can independently manage HR operations and payroll through the GreytHR platform with minimal supervision. GreytHR experience is a mandatory requirement. Applications from candidates without proven, hands-on GreytHR experience will not be considered.

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, 5:30pm - 1:30am (IST), Daily On-Site.

Location : EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle through GreytHR, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefit administration, and HR documentation.
  • Generate employment documents, maintain employee files, and administer HR processes within GreytHR.
  • Process monthly payroll, payroll registers, bank transfer files, statutory deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and Full & Final settlements.
  • Administer attendance, leave, benefits, and statutory compliance through GreytHR.
  • Ensure compliance with Haryana labor laws and statutory requirements, including EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF, and other applicable regulations.
  • Stay up to date with changes in Haryana labor legislation and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Generate HR and payroll reports and support continuous process improvement.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Managers and Directors on a daily basis.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Minimum 4 years of HR & Payroll experience within Haryana State.
  • Minimum 1 year of daily, hands-on experience using GreytHR platform.
  • Proven experience independently managing end-to-end employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, documentation, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Haryana labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
