Communication & PR Manager

Are you interested in dealing with the unique and strategic challenges of the

seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communication & PR Manager to
join our team, where we create solutions, together, every day.
This role is critical in ensuring the implementation of the communication & PR
strategy by continuously building and strengthening the corporate image of MOL
Group in Romania. Via the Romanian entities, the role will support the main
B2C and B2B business of MOL Romania, the retail business and its brands, as
well as the HR department.
Location: Bucharest, Romania (Travelling across the country and to MOL Group)
As a Communication & PR Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Developing the annual general communication plan (including internal and external communication plans, media buying plan, sponsorship and donations plan, corporate marketing plan, events plan), as well as the annual corporate communications budget for Romania
- Implementing the corporate communication and brand strategy within MOL Group in Romania
- Cooperating with business streams and working with company stakeholders
- Developing a strategic communication strategy aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and corporate culture
- Being responsible for optimizing and achieving the best possible company reputation
- Managing and coordinating relations with local and national media, organizing press events in collaboration with PR agencies, coordinating participation in conferences/events and press interviews
- Closely collaborating with retail and wholesale businesses to support their commercial calendar activities
- Coordinating communication of CSR programs with the CSR officer, as his team member
- Collaborating with the HR department to support strategies for improving employer brand awareness, engagement, company culture development, and productivity
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring MOL Romania’s internal communication activities, organizing internal and press events with help of agencies
To be successful in the role, you should have:
- 5 years of experience in public relations, public affairs, marketing, branding, or communication within Romanian environment. International/ cross border experience is highly valued
- Excellent communication, PR, stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Proficiency English
- Microsoft Office good knowledge
