Technical Recruiter - (Fixed Term)
As Astranis grows, so does our need for top
talent! Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Technical Recruiter that
will be own full cycle recruitment and deliver an 'out of this world'
candidate journey/experience. As a true partner to our teams, you will build
internal relationships to improve hiring processes and better support the
organization. The day to day will consist of sourcing, advising, closing, and
being the living representative of our unique culture to prospective
employees.
Ideally you are a self-starter that is capable, motivated,
and highly passionate about building organizations.
This role will be a
fixed-term position to the end of year 2026, with the chance of conversion
full-time. On a fixed-term employment you will receive full benefits and a
base salary during your time working.
Role
- Recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
- Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.
- Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
- Build strong pipelines and proactively source passive candidates.
- Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.
- Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes.
- 2-6 years experience as a recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology company
- Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent for hardware or software engineering
- Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
- Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data driven decision making
- Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task
Base pay is just one component of Astranis’s total rewards package.
