Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Management Assistant-Internship to support program execution across key strategic initiatives, including biologics technology transfer, construction facility projects, and commissioning activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to project planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities****

  • Assist in development, tracking, and maintenance of integrated project plans for biologics tech transfer, construction, and commissioning

  • Support creation and monitoring of timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Track project progress and highlight risks or delays

  • Prepare project dashboards, reports, and presentations

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams

  • Facilitate meetings and track action items

  • Maintain documentation aligned with regulatory standards

  • Support SOP development and documentation packages

  • Assist construction planning and commissioning tracking

  • Identify risks and support mitigation planning

Qualifications****

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Biochemical Engineering or equivalent)

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – Required

Skills & Competencies****

  • Understanding of project management principles

  • Knowledge of biologics manufacturing preferred

  • Familiarity with construction and commissioning lifecycle

  • Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / PowerPoint

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
