Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and shipments, verifying accuracy and identifying damaged or missing items

• Pick, prepare, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently

• Organize, label, and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure parts and supplies are easily accessible

• Replenish inventory and prepare parts and supplies for field technicians

• Make daily deliveries and transport parts, equipment, and supplies using a company-provided vehicle

• Travel locally as needed to support technicians, customers, and business operations

• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate inventory records

• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment

• Operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift when needed

• Follow all applicable OSHA standards and company safety policies

• Assist with additional warehouse and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1-2 years of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or delivery experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

• Comfortable making daily deliveries and traveling locally using a company vehicle

• Forklift experience or certification preferred

• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate inventory records

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment

Compensation Transparency

The advertised pay range for this position is $21-$25 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant warehouse and delivery experience, forklift experience, skill set, and overall qualifications.
