Fuel Category Management Trainee (1 year)

We are seeking a highly motivated Fuel Category Management Trainee to join our team in the Cluj-Napoca Office, on a part-time position of 6 hours/day, limited period of 1 year.

As Fuel Category Management Trainee, you will be responsible for the following:

• Monitor fuel market trends, competitor pricing, customer behavior, and industry developments
• Assist with fuel pricing analysis and recommendations in line with market conditions and business objectives
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities for the fuel category
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Retail, and other relevant teams

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• Final-year students are welcome to apply
• Basic to intermediate English skills considered an advantage
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Very good analytical skills
