Your role

Define and execute EMEA supply chain and procurement strategy** **
Deliver cost reduction and value optimisation targets** **
Lead sourcing activities, RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier consolidation** **
Establish and enforce supplier KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks** **
Ensure procurement alignment with operational priorities and uptime requirements** **
Own supply chain risk management and resilience strategies** **
Standardise procurement processes, controls, and contract governance** **
Build and lead a scalable, high-performing procurement organisation** **
Lead procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives** **
Participate in regional and global leadership forums** **
Support strategic operational initiatives** **
Act as EMEA representative in global supply chain programme** **

What you’ll need

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience** **
- Extensive senior-level procurement or supply chain leadership experience** **
- MCIPS, Chartered Procurement and Supply Professional; or equivalent accreditation
- - Senior leadership experience in supply chain or procurement at scale** **
- - Strong commercial and contract management capability** **
- - Experience supporting critical infrastructure or industrial operations** **
- - Proven delivery of cost savings and transformation initiatives** **
