Health and Human Resources Associate
at Mid-Ohio Valley Health Department
Under general supervision works in the correction unit. Provide direct customer service for corrections and amendments of birth and death certificates including minor corrections, adoptions, paternity additions, delayed birth and death registration and voluntary paternity establishment. Helps maintain electronic database of paternity affidavits and adoption logs. Communicate by telephone, in person and/or in writing, policies and procedures to public, hospitals, attorneys and county clerks. Assists with documentation of workflow for reporting.
