Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator – Results Delivery Office

at Lake Financial Group

About the Role

At Equitable, we help clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives - a mission we’ve honed since 1859.

The Results Delivery Office (RDO) supports the planning, execution and implementation of complex, transversal programs that advance Equitable’s growth and efficiency strategies. The RDO team delivers results through disciplined project and change management practices, standard tools, clear communication and strong coordination across business partners. Our core values are objectivity, transparency and integrity, which guides how the team supports critical strategic initiatives and helps keep work organized, visible and moving forward.

The RDO team is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and project support. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys helping teams stay organized and can manage follow-up activities in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist leadership and project managers with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, notes, follow-up items and distribution of project communications.

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support to project managers, leaders and team members.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, prepare agendas and organize meeting materials.

  • Take meeting notes, document decisions and action items, and follow up with owners on due dates and updates.

  • Maintain basic project documents and trackers, including action logs, meeting notes, contact lists, status inputs and shared project files.

  • Help collect project updates, organize information and prepare simple status reports or summaries for review.

  • Support project team communication by sending reminders, requesting updates and helping ensure information is shared timely.

  • Assist with organizing project files, maintaining SharePoint or Teams sites and ensuring materials are easy to locate.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.
