Clinical Social Worker--On-call

Performs assessments and discharge planning for clients admitted to the Inpatient Unit at Brown County Community Treatment Center. Provides appropriate mental health services and AODA services to clients and their families through the development and implementation of treatment and discharge plans and prepares documentation for commitment and recommitment hearings. Provides group therapy to inpatient mental health and AODA clients. Position opening: On-call Base pay rate: $32.33/hour (position currently has a $3 special assignment pay in addition to base pay rate)
