Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to help clients successfully manage onboarding and ongoing usage of our AI-powered prevailing wage platform. Prior experience in prevailing wage and apprenticeship / construction is preferred. We provide robust training and ongoing support to ensure your success. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow quickly in a startup environment, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact, clearly communicating compliance processes and requirements.
  • Manage key activities, including coordinating payroll documentation collection from subcontractors to ensure successful audits.
  • Utilize our AI-driven platform to track compliance documentation, monitor client progress, and generate accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify potential compliance risks proactively and collaborate with our internal team to address them effectively.
  • Provide thoughtful feedback to enhance platform functionality and user experience.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in detail-oriented, client-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • An adaptable learner comfortable quickly mastering new software tools.
  • Highly dependable and capable of independently managing multiple projects.

Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Familiarity with the Davis-Bacon Act (prevailing wage)
  • Understanding of labor compliance processes, construction, and other physical industries
