The Department of Environmental Services , Refuse Collection and Disposal Division is hiring an Energy Recovery Engineer to assist the Energy Recovery Administrator with monitoring the operating contractor's performance at the H-POWER (Honolulu Program of Waste Energy Recovery) waste-to-energy plant.
