Master HVAC/R technician responsible for the supervision of shop personnel. Work includes daily prioritization and assignment of ongoing HVAC projects; routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance. Must have knowledge of HVAC systems including, but not limited to: boilers; air and water-cooled chillers; pumps; cooling towers; fans; air handling units; variable air volume (VAV) terminal units; variable refrigerant flow (VRF) units; fan coil units; package rooftop units; split systems; walk-in/reach-in coolers; freezers; and ice machines.
